Suzanne Cassidy

Suzanne Cassidy is a partner with the firm, who concentrates her practice in the areas of School Law, Insurance Defense, Family Law, Employment Discrimination and Civil Rights. She is a trained mediator in family law. Sue is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and the Northern Kentucky Bar Association. She previously served on the Board of Directors of NKBA, and is a past president of that group. She is a member of KBA's Education Law Section, as well as both the National School Board Attorneys and Kentucky School Board Attorneys Associations, previously serving on the Board of Directors and as president of this latter group. She volunteers in the family law area for the Northern Kentucky Volunteer Lawyers. She also serves on KBA's Ethics Committee, and is an Ethics Hotline member for District Six.
Kentucky Governor Steven Beshear appointed Sue to a four-year term on the Kentucky Personnel Board in February, 2008, and then to the Kentucky Crime Victim's Board and Board of Claims in 2012, where she served through 2015. She received the 2006 Pro Bono Attorney of the Year Award from the Northern Kentucky Volunteer Lawyers.

Michael J. O'Hara

Michael J. O'Hara was admitted to practice in 1975 and is currently a Partner with the Firm. Michael has represented both individuals and businesses in a wide range of matters relating to employee and employer rights and responsibilities under State and Federal laws including gender, race, religion, ethnicity, and disability discrimination cases. He also regularly represents survivors of abuse and police misconduct. Michael focuses his practice in the areas of employment discrimination, civil rights, and commercial law.
Michael was born in Lexington, Kentucky and grew up in Northern Kentucky. He is married and has two daughters. Michael currently lives in Cincinnati with his wife, Glenda Harrison, who is also an attorney and currently serves as the Executive Director of Kentucky Access to Justice Commission. He has been actively involved with volunteer lawyer programs in both Kentucky and Ohio.

David was born in Martin, Kentucky, on September 20, 1950. In 1976, David began his practice with Stephens, Combs, and Page in Pikeville, Kentucky. In 1978, David returned to Northern Kentucky to join the firm, becoming a Partner in 1982. David concentrates his practice in the areas of trial practice, particularly in the areas of insurance defense litigation, including personal injury, products liability, and property damage defense litigation. David also practices in the areas of insurance coverage issues, criminal law, and workers' compensation. David has served as President of the Northern Kentucky Bar Association, as a Member of the Board of Governors of the Kentucky Bar Kentucky Association and as President of the Kentucky Bar Association from 2005 to 2006. He currently serves as an elected member of the Berea College Board of Trustees. In 2007, David was elected to the American Bar Association's House of Delegates. Colby Cowherd is a partner with the firm, joining after having practiced in Plaintiffs’ Personal Injury for nearly a decade. He enjoys obtaining successful results for his injured clients, and he has done so hundreds of times, whether through settlement, mediation, or trial. Colby relishes appearing before juries on behalf of his clients.
Colby was born and raised in Northern Kentucky and is proud to call it home, as his family has done for several generations. He attended Dixie Heights High School and lives in Villa Hills with his Daughter. Colby graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2004, and Salmon P. Chase College of Law summa cum laude in 2012. In law school, Colby participated in both Law Review and Moot Court, and he uses those skills to write and argue on behalf of his clients to this day.
In his free time, Colby enjoys reading and traveling.
